This should not be a worry as the hardware and mounting instructions for the units take into consideration all of the common mounting conditions.
The bathroom tier shelf unit can be a decorative accessory as well as a functional one. Although many plain and inexpensive types are available including models designed to hang over the shower head, they can also be purchased in more elaborate models designed to complement just about any decor theme.
